Short descriprion of Nerja and urbanizacion Los Pinos:
The Los Pinos residential apartments are located on either side of Calle General Asensio Cabanillas in the Nueva Nerja area of town.
The apartments are spacious, there is a communal pool and a well laid out garden area.
Ideal for families with young children as it is not a busy area for traffic and the complex is enclosed.
It is only a few minutes walk to the Parador area and about 10 minutes to the nearest beach, Burriana.
It is, however, quite a steep descent to Burriana beach, and seems even steeper on the way back!
The centre of town, the Balcón de Europa, is about a 15 minute walk and on the way you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, particularly on Calle Los Huertos.
A delightful development of pueblo style town houses, convenient to both the beach and the center of town. The setting is a quiet residential street and it provides an ideal setting to relax in its peaceful atmosphere yet is a pleasant and easy stroll to the centre of Nerja. All facilities are within easy reach and the beach is five minutes away. There is a large swimming pool in the middle of the tropical gardens. The houses have open plan ground floor layouts through French windows, on to a small private terrace - which in turn leads through a gate onto the lawn and pool area.
